Battle Horticultural Society has generously offered £200 to buy seeds for the village. When they’re in Hastings later this month, Roger and Isabel will talk to headteachers about the best way for their schools to take advantage of this, and David will discuss sourcing and using seeds with any smallholders he meets when he’s looking at the village economy.
